I focused on the nature places because if you will search such info in Google, you will get info of such places in the Nikolaevskaya Oblast' but NOT the places in Nikolaev. I called the upper part of the arena - "Wonderland" because from there are a fantastic view on the Bug estuary and the city district Namyv on the opposite side. 5. Bolshaya Korenikha generally this is a scenic district in the vicinity of Nikolaev located at the bank of the Bug estuary.

Where to land a domain?

In the domaining world the key is patience but also knowledges. One of the point of them is sales lander on a domain. 

Many domain marketplaces are like Sedo, Afternic (GoDaddy), Atom, Daaz, PerfectDomain.com, DomainAgents, registrars marketplaces. New marketplaces are coming. But the downside of this is that people may not trust or even know about marketplace which lander is on a domain. 

For example,

in USA more popular is GoDaddy - the biggest domain registrar in the world which provides more other features which include also domain selling. Afternic - the domain marketplace, owned by GoDaddy. And selling on Afternic means that customers of GoDaddy can buy your domain directly from GoDaddy search. If you change nameservers in your registrar pointing to Afternic, on your domain will be a GoDaddy sales lander. And if the buyer type in his browser your domain , he will may buy it with GoDaddy.

О рынке рекламы в Украине. Кто такие Промоутеры?

Реклама в Украине может отличаться от рекламы в высокоразвитых странах мира. В этой статье я постараюсь простыми словами рассказать про каждый вид рекламы в Украине.

От рекламы на бордах до рекламы на листовках. 

Есть реклама на билбордах, ситилайтах, на электронных табло и в супермаркетах (видеореклама), реклама на и в маршрутках и троллейбусах, штендерах, листовках.

• Билборды - это большие рекламные щиты. На этом блоге вы видите большие баннеры сбоку и снизу. Баннеры - привычное явление для Интернета, так как являются одним из видов Интернет рекламы. В реальности же, в украинских городах, этими баннерами есть билборды. 

• Рекламные плоскости. Хотя я бы предпочёл ситилайты. Ситилайты - стоячие витрины, обычно на тротуарах центральных улиц и проспектов. Односторонние и двухсторонние, и их видно даже ночью, благодаря люминесцентным лампам внутри конструкции. Их ещё называют Лайтбоксы. Вся разница между билбордами и ситилайтами в их размере. Однако, когда я начал искать в Гугле конкретно по ситилайтам, я нашёл сайты рекламных агенств, предлагающих такой вид наружной рекламы. Оказывается, есть ситилайты разных мастей:  бэклайт, пиллар, скроллер, видеоборд, ситискролл. Я оставлю ссылки на сайты агенств, которые предоставляют такую рекламу: Billboards, Impressions, Vnimanie.kiev.ua Производство рекламы. 
• Штендеры и Вывески. Штендеры - это рекламные конструкции, которые ставятся треугольником и их можно легко переставить. Такие обычно стоят возле секонд-хэндов, кафе, пиццерий и магазинов. Вывески - это привлечение внимания уже на месте. Как и в предыдущем пункте, я оставлю ссылку на агенство, которое эти штендеры и вывески делает: New Signs Technologies.
• Полиграфия. Листовки, флаера, визитки, буклеты, газеты - это всё полиграфия и экономный и доступный вид внешней рекламы. Мне, если надо такая продукция, я заказываю в Дедал-Люкс.
• Объявления. Расклейка обьявлений - это тоже эффективно работает и спрос есть всегда, несмотря на запрет. Я считаю политику городских властей запрета расклейки объявлений неправильной. Всё-таки, это тоже реклама. Надо больше досок для объявлений, и не частных, а для всех.

Если вы ведёте бизнес, то без рекламы вам не обойтись. 

Ведение бизнеса без рекламы, как подмигивая девушке в темноте; Вы знаете, что вы делаете, но больше никто не знает. 

Как говорят: "Реклама - двигатель торговли", помогает привлечь целевую аудиторию и сделать больше продаж. Потому, внешняя реклама важна.

Кто такие Промоутеры и что они делают?

Заказать листовки в рекламном агенстве, это пол дела, надо чтобы их кто-то раздал. И раздал качественно. Промоутер или Раздатчик листовок - это человек, которые раздаёт листовки, визитки, флаера, буклеты. Название "Промоутер" от английского слова "Promote" - продвигать, рекламировать.

Некоторые рекламные агенства предоставляют такую услугу. Но вы также можете нанять промоутера напрямую. И не просто случайного человека с улицы, а того, который уже раздавал листовки и знает, что это такое.

My experience

Как я варил "Манговый компот" и что из этого получилось.

Я люблю по экспериментировать. Вот и в этой ситуации вышло также. Собрался я варить компот. Ну думаю, надо разнообразить компот, не одной же сливой. Вот я и добавил в кастрюлю ещё и манго и дыню.
Конечно, я ждал два дня пока манго дозреет в домашних условиях, на кухне, в тени, но всё-таки хотел узнать: А что получится из моего эксперимента? И я почистил манго, мякоть порезал на маленькие кусочки и сложил их в стакане.

Затем, разрезал дыню. А дыня попалась "та ещё дыня", оранжевая. С каждой скибки срезал верх и низ, в таком случае, получая середину. Середину каждой скибки дыни я разрезал на маленькие кусочки, и сложил в тарелку.

Первое, что я сделал, это добавил одну столовую ложку сахара (я вообще думал 1 чайную ложку сахара), так как я ожидал что компот получится очень сладким. Всё-таки манго и дыня...
Тёмно-красную сливу я добавил первой, а потом пошли манго и в завершение дыня, сказала: "Не ешь меня".
Итак, слива, манго, дыня.

На протяжении первого часа я пробовал на вкус варящийся компот и чувствовал вкус жёлтой алычи. Может мне и не следовало добавлять в кастрюлю сливу.
Слива уже разварилась, потрескалась и я подумал что надо её вытащить, чтобы потом определить дальнейший вкус.
Я её вытащил ложкой и съел. Слива своё дело сделала, остались манго и дыня.
С течением времени, я наблюдал как кусочки дыни желтеют и желтеют, а манго практически растворилось как Шварценеггер в конце фильма Терминатор 2.

На протяжении второго часа, когда сливы в кастрюле уже не было, всё тот же был вкус жёлтой алычи. Хотя, когда я ел варёную тёмно-красную алычу, то она была слегка кислой. А тут такой не кислый вкус жёлтой алычи. Хотя потом, когда я попробовал кусочек варёного манго, это был тот самый вкус - вкус жёлтой алычи. Но вот от дыни вкуса я не чувствовал. Она была как варёные сухофрукты.
Между первым и вторым часом я добавил ещё одну столовую ложку сахара.

После выключения:

 Я ещё думал до того, как начал варить этот компот, назвать его: Sweet dreams, но оказалось, что манго недостаточно, чтобы сделать компот сладким. Yummy, yummy mmm. И потому я его назову просто: Манговый компот.
Если ещё поставить в холодильник, то он будет отличным в такую пору года как Лето.

И ещё раз:

1. 2 ложки сахара; 
2. Добавить красную сливу;
3. Почистить манго, измельчить его и кинуть в кастрюлю;
4. Почистить дыню, срезать верх и низ в каждой скибке, середину порезать на кусочки и тоже добавить в кастрюлю;
5. После первого часа, вынуть сливу с компота;
6. И варить до готовности.

Я лично варил около трёх часов.Однозначно стоит попробовать сварить такой компот.

My amateur film Welcome to Porozhnecha

Вода вышла из берегов или с 1 Апреля!

Как-то раз проезжая по Ингульскому мосту, я увидел... а точнее сказать, не увидел берега. Прозрачное... То была вода, а внизу виднелся желтоватый ...песок. Я посмотрел на деревья... и снова удивился: они вырастали из воды. Прямо как в Амазонских лесах.
"Что такое? Что случилось?" - подумал я и тут же решил, что на обратном пути выйду на Адмиральской, пойду по мосту и посмотрю сверху вниз повнимательнее и у меня будет больше времени, чем сидя в едущем троллейбусе.
Так я и сделал. И уже на мосту, я смотрел и снова видел ту же картину: вода затопила всё, оставив песок под собой и деревья, чьи стволы растут из воды. Да, да, вы прочитали всё правильно, не земля, а именно вода.
На мосту тоже были люди и тоже смотрели как вода затопила парк. Я спросил, что же это такое. Один ответил: "Не знаю. Впервые вижу". А второй ответил на мой вопрос и мне стало понятно, почему я вижу воду вместо песка. Он сказал: "Это каждый год бывает. Снег растаял, вот и уровень воды поднялся".
Я решил что пойду, спущусь, и по фотографирую, потому что в другой день может уже быть поздно. Я прошёл мост, спустился на нижнюю часть парка Победы. Я начал идти и удивляться. Впервые в жизни такое вижу.

Такое не каждый день увидишь.
Я начал идти вдоль затопленной части парка и фотографировал.

Даже спортивную площадку и ту затопило.

Пройдя до конца, я сфотографировал нижнюю часть парка. И выглядела она тогда вот так:

Выглядит, конечно красиво, не спорю, но... В иные дни эта часть парка заканчивается береговой полосой которая подходит для пляжа. Эта полоса шириной в 2-3 метра. А теперь её не видно. Но, тем не менее, даже без неё на фотографии красивая местность.
Я подумал, что если парк затопило, то возможно затопило и другие берега.
Я поехал в Порожнечу. Вышел к берегу и увидел похожую картину:

Затопило все берега. 

Этот день был 1 Апреля. Вы наверное подумали сейчас что я шучу, потому что 1 Апреля считается международным днём юмора. Подходящая ситуация для шутки, но это была правда. Таким был 1 Апреля 2018 года.

PS. После первого апреля всё вернулось на круги своя, был виден берег как и всегда. 

Пришла весна, которая через несколько месяцев сменится летом.
